Our fulfillment times may increase for reasons we can’t predict. That being said, we’ll work our hardest to keep our fulfillment times consistent by taking actions to manage incoming order volume. We’re preparing however we can, but we can’t control carrier shipping speeds. We recommend you follow carrier service alerts to see if there are any delays.


Do you offer customized group designs?

Absolutely! We love groups and are happy to design something custom to suite your groups needs. Once approved, we can upload a direct link to your group's design that members can directly order from. 

We can also customize ANY of the designs on our site for your ship, date, ports of call and even personalize it in the design at no additional charge.  We do not have any art fees, set up fees or hidden costs.


Is there an order minimum?

Not at all. You can order one or a thousand.


Does a group have to order all at once or can each person order separately?

Each person in a group/family can order for their household and we will ship directly to them. This allows for the group leaders to focus more on their cruise instead of having to gather sizes, money and then distribute the shirts once you board the ship or prior to. 


How long will it take to receive my shirt?

Unlike other companies, we are delighted to process last minute orders. However, we suggest ordering no later than 10 business days before you leave for your trip.

Providing we have your color and size in stock, your shirt will be produced and shipped within 7-10 business days. Custom order will require up to an additional 5 business days.

We will do everything in our power to get your order to you in time for your vacation. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or any strike/shutdown by any of our shipping providers. If you do order within 10 days, we suggest selecting the Priority Mail option. We suggest allowing 4 weeks before you event to make sure you get it in time.

If ordering AFTER a specified deadline, we are not responsible for any shipping delays or if your order arrives late.


How does the sizing run on the shirts?

Bella + Canvas is our preferred brand used for unisex tees, women's jersey deep v-necks and unisex long sleeve tees. Gildan is used for the women's tee and all hooded/zipped sweatshirts. Next Level is used on the racerback tanks.

These are three of the world's most popular apparel brands. If you're unsure about how their sizes run, please refer to our size chart. We are not responsible if the size you ordered does not fit.


Will will my name appear on the shirt if added?

You can have your name printed within the main design at no additional charge. For an additional fee, you can add your name to the back of the shirt. 


What are the washing instructions?

Machine wash COLD inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry LOW. Cool iron inside-out if needed. Do not iron decoration. Avoid using the ship's onboard laundry services as their chemicals and dryers are too intense for the inks. 


What is your refund policy?

Due to the customization of our products, we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

In the event an error was made on your order by our design or production team, we will immediately correct and get a replacement right out to you. Should our error result in your purchase not making it to you in time for your cruise, we will go ahead and issue you store credit for a future purchase. 

Should your order arrive damaged or has any design or material defects, please contact us within 7 days from delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange sizing after the order has been put into production.


What if my cruise or event is cancelled?

We are not responsible for any orders that have already been sent into production. No refunds or exchanges shall be given. If your order has not been processed, we will happily issue you a full refund.
